Chocolate War Major Character: The major component in this confine is Jerry Renault, a freshman. He refuses to sell chocolate during the annual drill sale. When the Vigils, get involved, Jerry?s life gets somewhat bad. He gets beaten and abused. His mother died of illness, and following her death, Jerry?s break up decides to move to a new apartment. Jerry decides he should be a part of something, so he goes out for the football team. He proves to be a good and worthy player. Setting: This carry is set in a small catholic all-boys trail in Boston. The main character?s home isn?t described very well.
